During J-term the team (and coaches) get a little "crazy" and we do something out of the ordinary like a Powerade Challenge. The rules are simple.
1. Chug a 20 oz. Powerade
2. Sprint 50 yards
3. Repeat until you can no longer drink another sip or... just look at the pictures!
Setting up. Everyone had to have a bag... just in case
Step #1: CHUG
Step #2: SWIM
Step #3: REPEAT
This challenge was NOT mandatory and everyone who you see drinking the powerade choose to participate. Unfortunately, you can't see the people who did not participate. We all just laughed!
