Obstacle Course

The Team had a tough week so I surprised them with a fun practice. They broke up into teams and had to do various tasks including a 1 mile team run, 100 team push-ups, stacking cups, hill runs and a relay. Afterwards the team played some waterpolo. The picture in the middle is the view from the top of the hill run. What a beautiful Fall day!

Fun Day in the WoodsHil

Wells College is located on the beautiful Cayuga Lake and as I stated before the swim team swims and workout near the Boathouse. One of the hidden treasures on campus is the low ropes course. In the beginning of each season we walk over to Woods Lot (freshmen parking lot) where the trail begins.

On Left: Melanie Canales (FR) helping to figure out the Lave Experiment - the whole team must fit on 5 cinder blocks and 2 pieces of wood without ever touching the floor.

The WALL - The entire team had to figure out a way for everyone to get over this wall.
